Referral Program

Thank you for your interest in becoming a TFG referral partner!  We make it really simple to refer clients and track your deals with our online portal.

Make 0.375% of the loan amount on closed loans. Example: average loan amount $623,000 = $2,336.00 to you!

We pay referral fees on the following loan types: DSCR, Hard Money, Fix & Flip, Ground Up, Commercial, & Bridge loans.

*Referral partners are not eligible to make commissions off their own/personal loans.
**Any loan that falls under RESPA is not eligible for a referral fee. (none of the loans mentioned above fall under RESPA 😀)
