What is the maximum LTV for a fix and flip?

We typically fund up to 90% of the purchase price and 100% of the renovation budget, provided the total loan doesn't exceed 75% of the After-Repair Value (ARV).

Do I need a certain credit score?

Since this is an asset-based loan, your credit is secondary. We look for a 620+ FICO primarily to ensure you have a viable exit strategy (like refinancing into a long-term DSCR loan).

Can I close in an LLC?

Absolutely. We encourage all our investors to close in an LLC or Corporation for liability protection.
