Sales Manager

Qualifications

  • 3+ years successful leadership experience in a mortgage sales environment
  • Familiarity with financial and mortgage lending practices required
  • Thorough understanding of mortgage industry data and current issues
  • Proven track record of success in sales and/or sales management
  • Ability to consistently deliver results, meet tight deadlines and adjust to changing priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills; ability to develop and guide team members to success
  • Excellent verbal, written and formal presentation communication skills

Responsibilities:

  • Coach, mentor, develop and lead team to meet monthly sales production goals
  • Manage and monitor performance metrics and analysis of Loan Officer productivity
  • Communicate business goals, objectives and company performance results to staff
  • Create strategies and initiatives to further sales volume growth
  • Promote an effective sales environment through one-on-one training to team members
  • Effectively manage customer complaints and seek appropriate resolution
Sr. Loan Officer

Qualifications

  • Must have an active NMLS Mortgage Originator License
  • Bachelors degree preferred 
  • Minimum of one year of experience in the mortgage industry
  • Knowledge of state and federal regulations, and company underwriting policies and guidelines
  • Proven track record of creating lending solutions for clients and a desire to assist buyers in obtaining the property of their dreams
  • Exceptional decision-making ability, superior written and verbal communication skills, and superb interpersonal and customer service skills required
  • Demonstrates a commitment to quality customer service
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Well organized with the ability to multi-task
  • Treats people with respect
  • Works ethically and with integrity

Responsibilities:

  • Responds to all leads and customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner. Interviews applicants and requests specified information for loan applications. Enters application information into system.
  • Analyzes applicant's financial status, credit, and property evaluation to determine available mortgage products that best fits the needs of the applicant.
  • Assist borrowers in selecting loan programs that best fit their financial goals and needs
  • Obtains required information deemed necessary to submit the loan for processing. Keeps the applicant up to date on loan status as well as communicating pricing and rate lock options.
  • Interact with customers, realtors, processors, and underwriters to ensure a smooth transaction
  • Ensure all phases of the loan process are performed in accordance with regulatory and company guidelines
  • Maintain an active rolling pipeline of funding per our guidelines
  • Work closely with borrowers, title companies/attorneys, or insurance companies to gather and prepare all documents needed to satisfy underwriting requirements
Reverse Mortgage Loan Officer

Qualifications: 

  • Must have an active NMLS Mortgage Originator License

  • Minimum of one year of experience in the reverse mortgage industry
  • Knowledge of state and federal regulations, and company underwriting policies and guidelines

  • Exceptional decision-making ability, superior written and verbal communication skills, and superb interpersonal and customer service skills required
