Minimum Experience Required:
-1 Year of Non QM Mortgage Sales
-3 Year Mortgage Sales
-3 Years Phone Sales
-College Degree (preferred not required)
-Encompass Software Efficient
-Knowledge & Understanding of TRID Rules
-NMLS Licensed (required) & CA BRE Licensed (preferred)
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $75,000.00 to $150,000.00 /year
